Hi, I’m Jeanette — Clinical Hypnotherapist, menopause guide, and mind-rewiring enthusiast.

Here’s the thing: most of the struggles we face — whether it’s cravings that won’t quit, anxiety that won’t switch off, or emotions that feel bigger than us — don’t live in the “logical” part of our brain. They live deep in the subconscious. And that’s the part I work with.
